Anyone used https://www.club1hotels.com/ ?

I seem to have somehow signed up many years ago with free membership. Looking to book a hotel in the US the rates do see favourable. Obviously I wouldn't receive any status benefits or expect to accrue points. Any other gotchas with club1hotels?

I've had a membership for a number of years but have never booked anything through them as I've always managed to find the same accomodation in AUD and cheaper.

I think I've only looked at Australian hotels.
