Any aussie Air France 'rouge' reading this.....?

Just wondering if you qualifiy under the same lower level (40k) as those residing in North America.....and if you get the 100% bonus miles on all revenue flights with AF......

Also, if you fly Delta (or any other SkyTeam airline).......does AF give you any bonuses.....or just the actual miles?

Thanks for any advice......the AF board at FlyerTalk doesn't appear to have many aussies posting....for obvious reasons.....
