I fell in love with US-based car rental company Silvercar over several rentals in 2019. The service and (exclusively Audi) cars were a real step above the usual rental companies.
Post-COVID, I can see they've re-branded to Audi on Demand and closed their airport locations. All rentals are now from Audi dealerships.
Has anyone had post-COVID experiences they could share? In particular, what's the dealership collection/return process like?
