Did you already have a reduced fee, or were you paying the full $349pa?

Like you CBA was my first credit card (since 2001) and along the way I got upgraded to Gold and then (for no additional cost) to Diamond, so my annual fee is $119 - which is the only reason I'm hanging on to it for now.

admittedly, i had my fee waived, but the person on the phone didnt know that,

I just asked for a fee reduction to see if theyd bite
