Amex Travel Portal not working

No, iPad, but I guess that's still iOS

I'll give the laptop (still a Mac) a go and see what happens
At the risk of boring you, if your iPad / iOS device is not up to date, then all third party browsers are just a copy of safari with a different look. However underneath they all function identically to safari - that’s why desktop Firefox on your Mac will work but on an iPad or iPhone it may not.

If it helps, the closest analogy is that this is like a wet-leased plane 🙃

Nope, never bored; find that kind of info really interesting actually

FWIW, it’s a brand new iPad Pro and I am meticulous at keeping the software up to date (if that’s what you meant?)

However, I will definitely have a look at the Mac download. A little busy at work for the moment, but will get on to it in a day or so

I noticed this issue a month ago and I believe it’s related to the implementation of Cloudflare verification. The only workaround I’ve found is to go to Search & Book → International Airline Program and click the Search Flights button from that page. That route triggers the Cloudflare verification, and after completing it, the portal works as expected. You might be able to get it working through other links that trigger the Cloudflare check, but it’s hit or miss.. I’ve only tested this in Chrome, so results may vary in other browsers.

This was the fix for me! I tried multiple browsers, multiple computers.
This method worked first try.
"Search & Book → International Airline Program"
