AMEX Travel Contact?

Hi

I've spent 2 hours on hold to Amex Travel trying to make a date change to a booking made via the travel credit. Amex in the past have been quick to deal with. Just wondering if anyone has been able to get through or offer any contact advice.

If you have the Platinum charge card, call via the number on the back of the card rather than the general AMEX Travel number - gets you priority, but also through to an agent if you call after hours.

Guess that's one of the reasons to have platinum... i just called earlier tonight and went through in 5 mins
