Amex transfers to Marriott and Hilton

Just transferred Amex points to Marriott and was very pleasantly surprised to see a new transfer rate of 6:5 and then also noticed Hilton now 8:5

Being a huge Marriott fan this is very welcome news indeed.

Seems like special transfers. Is there an end date to this?
I don't remember any advice from AMEX of transfer changes.
I've transferred 1M Marriott points just in case.

The T&Cs state the 25% bonus Marriott and Hilton Points transfer offer runs from 12:01am AEDT on 23 November 2020 to 11:59pm AEDT on 30 December 2020.

Yesterday when I transferred the points no mention of the transfer bonus T&Cs but now it is very visible. Great to see the first transfer bonus but disappointed it is not ongoing. Still remember the good old SPG days when Marriott took over and we were receiving 4.5 Marriott per dollar using the Edge.

Just did a transfer to HH. Transfer went through in under an hour! I'm impressed. Conrad London here I come.
