AMEX Platinum will be launching new design from 18/9/2025 (US) with a price increase and new benefits.
Wondering Australia will have the new design card but hopefully no increase of annual fees
 
I got the email reference the new benefits & the card design ….. didn’t see anything about a price increase but figured there would be one. Do you know what the new price will be?
 
I read a review the new card design is not impressive (review on Reddit, I think).
I am sure AF increase will trigger exodus by many in current very soft economic climate...
Not sure in they (AMEX) care judging by what I see on this forum...
 
Tempted to get a few of my Platinums reissued in mirror finish for P2 to use as a compact mirror when travelling 😂.

That is one good use for it! I am not aware of any new card redesigns coming to this product. The last email I received was regarding 'updates' to our MR program....
