Amex Platinum Charge / Reserve - Bonus Points within Cap

Hi all

Quick question - are bonus points (e.g. issued by relationship manager for whatever reason, Hotelclub bonus points etc) included in the 300,000 and 150,000 points caps for the Amex Platinum Charge and Reserve cards respectively?

I have gone well over for several years now in earning more bonus points per year than the cap alone, and have always earnt the full bonii.

So bonii are not included in the cap.
