You would have no doubt researched all these given the higher-end annual fee: However 2 additional ones I've found are:

i. 1 (of the 4) Supplementary card holders is allowed Priority Pass Membership as well (for the card holder and 1 guest) + membership to the hotel loyalty programs.

ii. Ability to obtain (upon approval) the AMEX Platinum Reserve Card (no annual fee) which apparently comes with the added benefit of a free Virgin Australia flight (or hotel night). I am just about to apply so will have to see if this benefit is still valid.

Main benefits for this card is all the status upgrades for yourself and the +4 supplementary cardholders. I was able to add my parents and my in-laws with no issues at all so they are not strict on who you add as a supplementary cardholder.
