Amex Plat Edge Travel Insurance

Hi All.

I purchased a return trip SYD-KUL-SYD using my amex plat edge via MH website.

However I also purchased a side trip, KUL to Hanoi (using amex points) , Saigon to KUL (using amex points), a couple of vietnam internal flights in between those with another credit card (which doesn't cover), will AMEX still cover these "side" trips?

Refer to the Eligibility Table on page 7:

The full cost of your outbound travel needs to be on the card, rewards points or travel benefit.

Provided you’ve done that, and got proof of return travel, the rest of them should be covered.
