I see some threads from around 8 years ago on this topic, but nothing recent. Thinking of applying for the plat charge card and was wondering if the pay by next statement date rule still applies? Also what's the general time frame provided for the printed due date on each monthly statement? 2 weeks?

I pay via the App on the printed due date which is 14 days post. Paying by App sometimes gives a couple of days grace before it leaves the bank account.
I saw a post a couple of weeks back saying that the 'pay by statement' method wasn't working

My AMEX Platinum Charge billing month ends around the 5th-6th of the month. Due date is 14 days after.
