I took up one of these offers after registering my Amex card etc. The deal ran between 12 November and 16th November was for a free A$100.00 voucher with Virgin Holidays for booking flights worth A$500.00 or more in a single transaction. I have not heard anything regarding my Voucher. The Amexnetwork website says the campaign is over and there is no contact details on the site. Not sure who to call. Any advice from my fellow FFs?
 
I got my first voucher about 3 or 4 weeks after I purchased the flights. They'll email it to your registered email address. Give it another week or 2.
 
I too am waiting for vouchers on this and like QF1 am frustrated by the lack of follow up and the absence of contact details. Have others received their "dues" under this offer? QF1, have you received yours?

I've received my vouchers however 1 of them has no value. I was on the phone with Amex today who have promised to sort it out by tomorrow morning.
 
Received our $50 thrifty voucher on 30/11 and the $50 VA gift voucher on 17/12.
