I have had an AMEX green charge card for about 5 years (they no longer offer it to new clients).
However I have since lost the fee listing sheet that they send you when you sign up, I have requested it from AMEX twice however they keep getting lost in the post apparently. (they don't have it online anymore either as card not offered anymore).
Does anyone have a copy that they could share ?
