AMEX giving no points in 5 transactions 5000 pt transactions

Got a letter saying system being ABUSED suspended from program ( Happy XMass Eve letter)
Called many times previously re points told they were looking at accounts
A LEGITIMATE spend is when you actually pay for something is it not ?
Anyone else get this letter ?
Feel like Today/ Tonight programme may be interested
AMEX should THINK OUT their promotions and if problems NEGOTIATE with card users
