Can the platinum concierge team assist me in cancelling my flight not booked with AMEX Travel?

I doubt it. Would you really be ok with someone calling an airline on your behalf to make changes? If the concierge can do that, what's to stop Joe Bloggs doing that and just messing with bookings.

I’m sure people get their PA to do that all the time . The concierge would need the booking reference and other personal details anyway .
