Amex comp flights with Velocity are now online

I get an error and message saying that it will be available from tomorrow, 10 April
 
Must have been a test of the live website, I could get through before and was browsing flights and dates, but am now locked out as well....
 
Appears very easy to navigate the site. Whether or not one can upgrade easily remains to be seen, but I am hopeful of someone else's experience in due course.

i am finding it very hard to access the comp flight i find that i may be able to book and pay for a normal flight through virgin on line cheaper than having to pay $520 for a return flight at the time i want to come home ? any tips
