Just checked in to Hotel Nikko Kansai and I'm really not sure which one to use.

Edit: Nevermind. I'm unable to upload photos from my phone.

There are two sachets. One's called 'Liquid cleansing' and the other is called 'Wash moisture'.

Guess I'll use both?

Are you trying to distinguish between shampoo and conditioner, or...?
 
I BYO so not an issue for me personally but to answer the OP I think it's unlikely to make a difference if you mix them up ;)

I would guess 'Liquid cleansing' is shampoo and 'Wash moisture' is conditioner.
 
There were other bottles for shampoo and conditioner. Turns out those sachets are for face washing.
