Has anyone used the Ambassador Transit Lounge (NOT the Ambassador Transit Hotel) at Singapore T3?

Ambassador Transit Lounge

How does it compare with the SQ and QF club lounges in Singapore? Better/worse/about the same?

It can apparently be accessed by Priority Pass members (the Pass costs US$99 + $27 per lounge visit) but I'm wondering whether access can also be purchased at the door.

Does residence at the T3 Ambassador Transit Hotel mean you can also enter the Ambassador Transit Lounge for no extra fee?
 
I'm pretty sure last time I walked past I saw as sign saying it was S$30 to enter, though don't hold me too it.

Hotel entry doesn't provide comp. lounge entry.
