Altitude points help

Party of 4 oldies traveling Perth to London return end of July. We are flying Malaysia airlines. We have thousands of westpac altitude points. Is it possible to somehow change them to get perhaps an upgrade on even 1 leg of our flights? I’ve tried searching but it’s making no sense to me. Jacqui

It is not clear from the MH site if upgrades are only available for MH domestic. Log-in to your account and look for ‘Enrich Upgrade’ by opening ‘Manage My Booking’. If this does not answer your question then phone the local MH office and ask for assistance.
