Thinking about bunging a few points into Enrich. Has anyone made this transfer and how long until points posted? Would be interested to know.
(Citi advice says points take two weeks to post to SQ but in my experience they take 1-2 days).
Thanks

Thanks MH! How do you find the J product. Especially interested in MEL - Europe. I see that the A380 is only available from KUL onwards.

The J product is reasonably good. I have found the cabin crew to be great on almost all my flights. the hard product varies depending on the aircraft. The A333 J seat is not great. The seat is poorly designed with very little storage space, a clunky tray table and angled lie-flat seat. The J seat on the A380 is much much better. Lots more storage space, especially if you have a window seat. The seat is flat with the exception of a slight kink in the footrest part but I found it to be very comfortable. the tray table is still a bit lunky but much better than on the A333. MH offers better soft product as well on the A380. There are better quality slippers, bigger pillows, more choices of beverages.
The A380 is only being flown to LHR and CDG. They're still using the B772 to AMS, FRA and IST.

I think I'll give them a go to CDG. The day flight up to KUL and then the overnight on A380 seems the way to go. Thanks again!

Taking the day flight from SYD/MEL to KUL is absolutely fine on the A333 and connecting to the A380 for the flight to LHR/CDG would be perfect!

and at 51,000 points for 1 way J seat, it's a bargain too

And there's good availability as well. Even better that you don't have to book redemption flights 12 months in advance like some other airlines!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
