ALL QF's 330's to get lay flat Business seating - Including Domestic

Having done suites a couple of times now, I think they really missed an opportunity to do couple seats at every second centre pair. Unless you want to hang over the aisle (which is treacherous based on the way the FA's drive the catering carts) there really is no appropriate pair for couples.

Let's hope they consider this on the 789's.

mini update/observations. EBL been in BNE since yesterday morning, maybe going in for refurb. EBO doing a BNE/BNE test flight today, maybe back online today. QPB did the SYD/HNL QF3 yesterday, maybe a sign that refurbs will now be the norm on this route (wishful thinking):D. The lone active unrefurb EBG has been doing Asia runs recently. The end is in sight :D

Yeah I noticed that about EBL. It's flight from BNE to SYD was cancelled last night. And EBD from what Fred M said on the yssy forum that it was replace EBO for a maintence check. We should definitely see how things pan out in the next 24 hours.

I have been tracking EBG & EBL flights over the last week and it seems EBG hasn't flown the Hawaii route since the 10th August. A couple of the A330-300 have flown this route but I see that QPD replaced a cancelled jetstar flight on the 4th August.

It will be interesting to see what plane flys this route over the next 2 days.

Just posting observations. I am not the 'table wizard':D. EBG/L are the 2 remaining unrefurbs. I and others, are just tracking their movements to see when one will enter the refurb shop..just a bit of fun:D.
 
This was EBL at gate 24 in BNE after flight QF511 BNE/SYD was cancelled. It didn't operate QF3/QF4 on 19 Aug and was subbed with 333 QPB....with 8 fewer J seats.

I notice that it departed 18 mins late at 0618. Did the munchkins forget to load the pillow and blankets again? :shock: :shock:

Looks like it made up time as it arrived at 0739 just 4 mins after its scheduled eta of 0735 but if you had a "one hour is fine" dom to int connecting flight you would've been a tad stressed.

If you have a "one hour is fine dom to int connecting flight" in SYD - you need your head read!!!

I have booked a trip to Hawaii on qf3/4 in Business class. On seat map though it seems it's an old map showing on qantas and expert flyer. It's showing 2-2-2 config and doesn't look like the business suite at all?

flying on Jan 29 2017.

Is is this a glitch on bookings this far in advance ?
