Posting to see if anyone else is having a similar issue.
I have taken 9 AS flights since early March in both Y and J (totaling about 400 SCs), and none of these flights have posted. Flights prior to early May have posted without issue.
I have used “claim missing points” online and emailed the FF service centre, but none of that worked (status shows “contact service centre) when I check online. I have subsequently called in 3 times and each time have been told it is marked “urgent” and I should see the flights post within 72hrs… but it has been 6 weeks since my first call hearing that.
Any ideas or anyone seeing a similar issue? My QFF# was in all bookings.
