all this talk about airlines still charging high credit card fees but nothing seems to be getting done!! (if only I needed to book a flight anytime in the next year I'd be right on to it )

I notice JQ has taken away telephone contact numbers from their press releases. It used to be a good way of actually getting to speak to a senior person! (and the fact they were least expecting a passenger to use the number usually meant you got some action!)
