Airportr - anyone tried them?

Hi,

I’m doing some research on a company called Airportr that provides a baggage delivery service to and from the airport and hotels in London. I fly into London semi-regularly and am thinking about using these guys but at 30GBP wanted to see if anyone has had experience with them first?

Any insights would be appreciated!
