I've accumulated quite a bit of small change at this stage from various trips post-COVID. It's not really worth it to exchange them and I remember in the pre-COVID days it was usually easy to either slip them into an envelope on your airline for donation to their chosen charity or drop it off at a collection point within the airport. I've been keeping my eye out for the latter on my past few visits to the airport but I haven't come across any.
Are these donation points yet another casualty of the COVID years? Or are they still present and I just happen to be missing them? If so, locations in either Adelaide or Perth airports would be most helpful.
And if they aren't an option, what are others doing with the bits of shrapnel they're collecting on their overseas travels?
