Can you please list the programmes that you know of, the costs associated and the expiry of points/membership?

leny - I think it is time for you to head over to Flyer Talk. There are literally hundreds of FFPs. Most are free to join (so NZ & QF are exceptions to the norm), although some restrict membership to certain countries (eg BA, BD). Expiry varies enormously. There are a couple of threads on the Miles Buzz forum of FT listing known expiry policies.
