United Airlines ranked second in travel website AirHelp's list of the world's top airlines. It was one of two US carriers to make the Top 10.

Airhelp have published their airline rankings. In order from 1-10: QR, UA, QF, EY, LN, EW, CI, AA, JL, OS.

And they rated QF equal first in claims processing. I nearly rolled out of my bed.

One assumes it relates entirely to EU and UK 261 claims, and therefore just QF2, QF6 and QF10, and not the hundreds of other QF flights.
