Airfield views/photography at Jakarta Airport?

If you mean outside, it’s unlikely. I’ve been through CGK 20 or so times in T3 & T2 and don’t recall ever seeing signs to a viewing platform. Not sure I’d want to be outside in the heat, humidity and what passes for ‘air’ in Jakarta anyway… (unless I had a golf club in hand, done that plenty of times 
)
The views through the large glass windows in T3, as shown above, are pretty good. But you need to be airside.
The windows are big. There’s also the row of seats right in front of them.
