Attempting to book Aria suites from MEL to HKG in June 2026, I choose CX104, which is reported to be a 777-300ER by all reviewers. However, when I click on Aircraft details in the Cathay website, it states the plane is an A350-900. Does anyone know if this is a mistake or should I go ahead and book based on the flight number?
Thanks for any insight you can provide. Regards, Allan

Same for Sydney, all December flights are A359. I booked some, so fingers crossed they get swapped in the coming months.

The website is showing A350 for all Melbourne flights after October 25, is this a placeholder or is this accurate? Is there any way to know?
I had this issue last year when booking CX. October 25 is when the season changes to NW26/27, so it's a placeholder till then.

It seems Cathay is loading NW25 schedule progressively.

Doing a few spot checks - it looks like aircraft types are now updated for NW26.

Note: for those looking beyond the end of NW26 (i.e. from 28March 2027 onwards) - there will still be placeholders. (Sorry, @Secco !)

Thanks, based on the March 27 flights there is an extra flight from Melbourne using the Aria Suite but I am not on either of those flights.

Aria suite is on CX104, CX105, CX163, CX178

I'm on CX134 and CX135
