Air France to Qantas connection

Hopefully a couple of questions with quick answers. Due to the BA (non) strike, agents have booked me on Air France CDG-LHR rather than BA metal, with connection to QF10 . Means T2 to T4 connection.

Firstly, baggage will still be interlined from AF to QF won't it? Flights are on the same ticket.

Secondly, I gather boarding passes for QF are collected once through flight connections before catching the bus to T4. Is that right?

All previous transits thru LHR for me have involved OW airlines, thus no probs with baggage and always had onward BP's in hand.
