If the plane was at the reported height it would be very unlikely to be a bird.
Looks like it needs a panel beater.
 
Isn't the RADOME (or front nose is a RADOME isn't it?) usually plastic anyway, so perhaps more flexible than the rest of the fuselage on anything but a 787 :p

That's a pretty big dent, are we sure they didn't run into the terminal on their last flight and no one noticed ;)

1% of reported birdstrikes occur above 10000 FT, highest reported bird strike is at 39000 and birds have been spotted at 54000 FT.
