Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Well after all the excitement, these flights have been cancelled.
After getting such a great deal, I've just had to madly rebook with Jetstar before their business seats sell out for Xmas day
Air Asia offered to fly via KL, but BNE - SYD - KUL - DPS is a long flight with 2 kids

$1500 per person with Jetstar not as good as $300, but we do save the $200 odd we spent on BNE - SYD red e-deals with QF.

Now to cancel the red e-deals. I wonder if travel insurance will cover that?

Seems all direct flights to flights after Sept 1 are affected.... i literally booked the Conrad at Bali 5 mins before the email came cancelling the flights.

4 options though.

1 change flight to before sept 1.

2 fly via KUL with 14 days original booking days.

3 credit voucher

4 Full refund.

Think ill go via KUL in November.

Only cancelled for the direct route though. I was able to rebook my 3 flights all at better dates for us and 2 of the 3 trips I am going to Thailand so this works better as I have quicker cheaper transfers along with more flight time options. As I booked singles I can get off in KUL and go to BKK a lot easier than doing this in DPS. I two am flying with 2 kids. A win for me a disappointment for other I suppose. Good luck with your changes.

Do you mean that you booked one ways? I booked return and I had already booked onward travel to DMK. However, if I could ignore DPS - KUL on the way back it would make life easier. Does anyone know if these clowns work like a real airline ie: skip one leg, forfeit rest of ticket?
