Hi all,
has anyone experienced this problem in the past.
we are heading over to Thailand next week and I have attempted to web check in with Air Asia.
When I go to toggle from male to female ( for my partner) on the site it won't switch to female.
I have tried to contact Air Asia on 1300760330 but apparently it is no longer a valid number.
talk about a pain you know where.
Does anyone have any ideas.
Regards
Ross

I've always had trouble with Air Asia web checkin particularly as they require document checks, often at the checkin desk rather than the gate. Most annoying when only have carry-on, really defeats the purpose. Last year I web checked in Thailand & boarding pass said "go straight to gate" where they refused me & then had to negotiate way back to checkin desk reverse entering country via immigration. Left Mrs FF alone back on Thailand side, needless to say she was less than impressed with my so called FF smarts

Thanks for your reply,
pit is my mistake, when booking I used the title of Mr not Ms for my partner.
i have contacted Air Asia and they will not make the change without me sending an email to the support centre with her passport copy, what a joke and inconvience, anyway let's see what happens.

LOL.....done that as well and insisted it was their web site at fault and that 'Sarah' is not a man's name. Had to do the same thing with passport scan and I think it also cost $$$.
