Hi
I am trying to make a formal complaint about the Air asia staff at melbourne airport.
I have rang and emailled and the staff keep losing my complaint and asking me to resubmit.
i was promised an online chat would be matched up with my complaint but this hasnt been done.
I now want to complain to their head office in malaysia.
Any idea of their email address?
I also phoned the customer service number and they wouldnt put me through to a manager.

Good luck with that. I'm all for being positive, but this is never going to get anywhere except frustration for you. It's Air Asia, they don't intend to deliver service and they don't care if you don't get it. My partner spent months trying to get a legit refund and complain about the lack of communication. The refund took five months, the complaint was never dealt with and I had to hear about it weekly.
 
To get some perspective, do you have any further details about what the complaint is about?
 
The 'flight delays and cancellations' AFF section may not be the appropriate place for this, unless the further details that mannej rightly would like to see concern such matters.

In time, the moderators might be kind enough to move this thread if it is irrelevant to delays or cancellations.
