Agoda non-refundable non-transferable Singapore hotel booking

Just a note that Agoda has been great with my booking for mid August. I had checked with the hotel and they were happy to move my booking. Contacted Agoda by email, provided alternative dates in April 2021 and they have transferred by booking with no additional charge (would be about $100 dearer to make that booking from new for the same dates).
