Can someone please interpret this cancellation policy?
The booking is for December/January and if I understand correctly I can cancel now there is no charge. It is very confusing as they also have the following in another email
and in another section
So which is it? I understand about no-show but don't understand the inconsistency. Oh, and some of these bookings had "Free Cancellation" on the website before the confirmation page. Very confusing.
Cancellation and Change Policy said:Any cancellation received within 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Hotel policy).
