Hi All,

I'm in awe of your abbreviations- if i hang in there i might get to learn them all. I'll be flying PER-MELB-LAX-JFK-LAX-SYD-PER with Qantas and i'm seeking advice about seat selection and booking. The A380 shouldn't be difficult to work out but there are variants of the 744. Any advice would be appreciated.

srcummings,

Welcome to AFF. :D

A little bit more information would help people to answer your query. What class are you flying and when would probably be a good starting point.

A good spot on this forum to start the learning curve for Qantas is The ULTIMATE Qantas Guide

What kind of advice do you need about booking? Have you already booked?

As for seat selection, it would be helpful to know class of travel, type of plane, status held, and number of passengers.
