Frequent Flyer Concierge is a service that helps Australians to redeem their frequent flyer points effectively for travel. Launched as Award Flight Assist in September 2016, we've now helped thousands of customers to redeem many millions of frequent flyer points!
As the service continues to grow, we're looking for new, skilled award travel consultants to join the Frequent Flyer Concierge team.
Your job will involve liaising with customers and clients, answering their queries and assessing the likelihood of success with their request, in order to help build the award flight itinerary to best match their needs using frequent flyer points. You'll need an excellent working knowledge of frequent flyer programs and airline search engines which you'll use to find available award flights to meet your clients' requirements, ensuring they get the best possible value out of their frequent flyer points.
We will provide training, but you should already have experience making and travelling on award bookings. We'll look favourably on candidates who are active AFF members.

- Remuneration will be based on the workload and will be commensurate with your experience. The workload will depend on the demand for our services. We may be able to offer more or less work to the right candidate depending on their wishes.
