I'm looking for clarification as to whether I am entitled to limousine transfers in Perth or not.
I booked business class award flights CDG to Per over the phone earlier this year while sabre was being implemented with a VA reference on a combination of EY and VA. The agent had to book CDG to SYD and SYD to PER on separate tickets but linked them and told me they would be eligible for limousine transfers. The Virgin website states the limousine service is available for

Virgin representative phoned Friday to say that transfers in Perth were not eligible and had been cancelled. I directed her to Virgin Australia's website. Today Virgin phoned back to say Perth is not included in all other capital cities(?) and secondly flights are not available CDG to PER so the linking of tickets was not relevant.
Todays flights show the following as an option which are exactly the same as the one I tried to book as a single ticket that resulted in my two linked tickets.

The agents only response was for me to cancel my tickets and book again in which case I would be eligible for the transfer, but I would not be able to book business class as my reward seats may not be released again and there are only two on each flight to Perth so this is not acceptable to me.
My question - is it worth pursuing in writing or am I reading the situation incorrectly? I have bookings for five of us involved in this spread over two different times.
