Sounds phenomenal. But I can't afford $320

I went to one of her Champagne Masterclasses on the weekend (I'm in Perth) and she seemed pretty good value. Plus tasted 6 different champagne houses (3 I hadn't had before) and it was lovely
I've been drooling over the degustation, but won't be in the country at the time. I hope you do go along and take notes!
