Does anyone have any experience with this property?

Also, I noticed QF have a promotion on any hotel booking worth over AUD1000 in Asia, they will award 10k bonus points. QF rate is AUD1247 for a standard double including internet. IHG direct quoting JPY19,677, with breakfast included for an extra JPY2k.
 
I stayed there maybe 5 years ago. My recollections are that it was fine. But I'm sure someone has been there more recently.
