Adelaide accommodation

So I need a room for a couple of nights next week in between Adelaide airport and the port Adelaide area. There seems to be nothing of any repute other than Adelaide cbd. Would very much appreciate any suggestions.

You are correct.

I visit and need to be on the north side, I stay at Glenelg and drive up the coast road, takes about 20 mins. I do stay in the city as well but find Glenelg more pleasent for an even walk and dinner.

A slightly more salubrious offer than somethingi once saw offered ata seedy Gold Coast pub. Spend $20 in the bar, stay the night for $2!?

Yes it looks great but a bit of a stretch of the accounts budget

Have a look at the Federal or Semaphore Hotel in Semaphore, they may do a reasonable short stay rate for a room and its a nice location.

I was going to suggest that but then checked rates, over $200

Sadly there isn't much decent accommodation down that way - maybe look at Stayz.com.au if an apartment would work for a couple of nights otherwise Glenelg or the city
