Adding baggage to a VA ticket for a NZ metal flight

I am making the move back to Virgin, after a 3 year hiatus.

So I booked a VA flight on NZ metal as the NZ website was down during the last $75 off sale....

I need to add an extra bag (Prepurchase) to my ticket, but as this was booked through VA and not NZ it doesn't seem possible.

If I prepurchase the baggage it's around $55 but if I do it at the airport it's around $100...

Anyway to do this ?

Assuming you have tried to log in to your booking online and you cant do it on there?

I would call the call center, they should be able to add it and do it over the phone

Ask VA for your AirNZ PNR number, then call AirNZ and then ask them to add it? Not sure if that will work I havnt had this issue before but seems odd you cant buy baggage...
