Accumulation of KF Points

I'll book two tickets for Per to Fra online with SQ. Appart from getting double points for the booking from SQ with Westpac Platinum KFCard....will I still accumulate normal Reward Points on the card?? Amex $1 = 1.5 Visa $1 = 1

Yes, the bonus points are in addition to the normal card spend points.

Also as I'm not sure what class of ticket you are considering please ignore this if not relevant:

If you are going to buy a non-points earning non-upgradable web fare, consider the small extra cost to buy a fare that will earn points and be upgradeable. Then use your KF pts to redeem an upgrade!

I think that would be triple points: my understanding and I'll use Visa $1:1 for ease.

spend AUD1,000 on Singaporeair.com.au

earn 1,000 pts for the Visa spend
earn 1,000 bonus pts


Also, I noticed that when I purchased a ticket through my travel agent, that the ticket was billed to my card by SIA and still received the bonus pts.

I found flying extensively with SQ up the front they gave me my own 'SQ go to man' and brought birthday presents around to the office etc and would reserve that same seat for me with every booking.

As albatross710 says, The WBC KF Plat cards are very good for purchases on singaporeair.com.au in Aussie Dollars.

eg.
Use AMEX and spend $1000AUD on singaporeair.com.au

* earn 1,500 pts for the spend
* earn 1,500 bonus pts (singaporeair.com.au)
* plus earn KF points for the actual flights (assuming you are in an eligable booking class)

It's important to note that the expenditure must be in AUD and come through as singaporeair.com.au to qualify for the bonus points.
