The Accor website recommends using Mosio to book car/driver for airport transfers and other taxi services (in fact you link to it from their website). We have used it twice - once in Zagreb about 3 months ago and just the other day in Hanoi. Beware - it is a total ripoff - we thought that the issue in Zagreb was a one-off so booked a transfer from Hanoi airport to our hotel (M Gallery in the old town) - the cost was pre-paid $30 - well what a disaster - our driver was 20 minutes late and it was quite clear that Mosio had substituted an "Uber" (or whatever) - the "English speaking" driver did not speak a single word of English - he did not look old enough to even hold a driver's license, he was sloppily dressed, his car was a very dirty clapped out sub-compact. When exiting the freeway from the airport he pulled onto the verge and the engine cutout - we had no idea what was happening (as he could not tell us - other than waving his arms) - he finally got the car started again and somehow we made it to our hotel (which he had trouble finding in spite of having maps on his phone).

I've sent Mosio feedback in response to a "how did we do" e-mail but will lodge a formal complaint with Accor when we return to Australia.

(Note a similar thing happened in Zagreb - the car/driver was also an "Uber" - a tiny subcompact hybrid at car/driver price - at least this one didn't breakdown.)
