Why do you think it’s Explorer blocking you? I’m thinking it’s the QF/ALL linkage (see my similar post above).

I had the offer accepted and now I don't have it. The aim is to see if I can extract a premium from the situation.

So have I activated the offer or haven't I?

I activated it last night. Today I cancelled a booking and re-booked, to qualify for the offer.

Then I few hours later I received the "wrong link" email. When I clicked on that link, I got the "You are not eligible for this offer" error message.

So is the booking I made today eligible or not? Or should I wait until the new link works, activate, cancel and re-book for the second time?

As above, I’ve not been able to register and get the same popup that I already benefit from a FT. I thought that was the QF one but it could be A+? But surely some of those above that have successfully registered are either/or QF or A+…?

I'm A+ and I sucessfully registered (after someone upthread mentioned the link had been fixed, but before I received Accor's correction email).

That is what I get.....maybe the error message is generic and misleading. The T&C's quoted match the email so the assumption is that we are registered correctly. However the reason we are deemed not eligible is that the registration is already active. If it stated "you are already registered" all these issues would go away

You can only register once.

All subsequent registrations will be rejected because you are already registered.

I'm in the same boat as others, where I tried a few times with the original email link yesterday, until 'eventually' it said I had registered successfully. I got the confirmed email, and I can see the promo confirmed online and in the app. But I am an ALL Accor+ Explorer member, so am I actually eligible or not? And the link in today's email is saying I'm not eligible, like it did yesterday. Guess I'll find out as I have some travel book in a few weeks time.

No I was comparing it with mine, which is otherwise similar but with a background.
I don't mind my first name showing. It's fairly obvious from my user name in this forum anyway,

I received the email with the corrected link but still rejecting me.

Has anyone with ALL / QF accounts linked been able to register for this promo?

I’m assuming the auto Fastrack with QF is blocking me? Or am I wrong? Here’s a snap shot of my ALL account (currently ALL Gold / QF WP).

I was able to register for it, I had to use my laptop to register though as I couldn't use the link on my phone
