Given annual aging and a couple of general medical conditions which are more annoying than debilitating, I was wondering if any of the insurance companies offer accident only medical in combination with travel interruption (as normally interpreted). With or without medical repatriation.

Or is this too far out of the standard box for wandering

Can't you simply specify the medical conditions and, rather than use an insurer that consequently increases the premium, use an insurer that excludes those declared conditions.
"annual aging" - let me know if you find a way around that!

I'd say it's too much of a large square peg for a very small round hole.

I would definitely not recommend opting for a cover that excludes the relevant conditions because there is potential to come unstuck in the event of a claim on the basis of failure to disclose (obviously only where it has potential relevance).

If you have an insurance broker and an ABN, and do a "business" trip or two a year you could look at a corporate travel policy which would alleviate the health issues as a good corporate cover won't have any broad pre ex medical exclusions (there are a few specifics generally).

you can buy 'medical only' travel insurance. You could also opt for a comprehensive policy but without cover for pre-existing conditions. That would cover your trip interruption and baggage etc.

Jamescara makes a valid point, if your pre-existing condition is in any way responsible for your medical needs under the policy, they'll be excluded. but generally if you are looking for pure 'accident' cover, pre-existing conditions don't usually come in to play?

I notice that they are not selling policies at the moment BUT World Care Travel Insurance were a company that used to offer such an option. I haven't used them for quite a while but they may be worth following
