Accessing Money Overseas

Hi,

I'm headed overseas (SIN, CAI, ROM, KRK, MIA, ORD, LAS) in 1.5 weeks.

My bank said i can access my savings account from any atm for 5 dollars +2% fee.


I wanted to know what people here use to access money while overseas, and what kind of fees are associated with it.

I'm happy to open a bank account anywhere for this purpose.
