Access to QF lounge when travelling on MH

Hey all, travelling PER-BKI on Monday morning in Y on MH120 (Ticketed and operated by MH). Travelling with a friend who is a QP member (paid, not status) and just wondering if he will have access to the lounge + normal guesting privileges?

Paid Qantas Club membership provides lounge access only when flying QF or AA and only in the lounge of the airline being flown (plus EK's business lounge at Dubai).
